New Film and Pics

Here are a few still from the new Kodak 64T Super8 film that will be selling in a few days/weeks...

It was shot with my Beaulieu 4008ZMII at 24pfs f11-f16 with the Schneider 6-66 and more importantly the proper 85B filter for correct balance.

They look a touch soft which I assure you they are not. I think it comes from the capture off the DVCam tape and the JPEG my friend made.

They were transferred on a very high end Philips Shadow and the colorist and I were both just blown away by the saturation and tightness of grain. The film is also much sharper than the K40 which it replaces.

Actually I didn't meter...

The colors are simply that vibrant due to the stock. I highly recommend the film. It should go on general sale in the USA sometime this month.
